Terms and Conditions
1 Definitions
1.1 The parties:
the license user ("you") and LEOnline.net.
1.2 The fee:
the current license fee as set out on the relevant web page.
1.3 The course:
the specific course for which the license user has registered or purchased
1.4 The course materials:
the materials relating to the course and any software used in the operation of the course supplied by LEOnline.net.
2 License
2.1 In return for the fee and for you agreeing to the restrictions below, LEOnline.net grants you a non-exclusive license to use the course material in the manner set out below until this agreement is terminated.
2.2 If you are participating in a LEOnline.net hosted course, you may:
  2.2.1 view and print out materials, so long as you use them only for the purpose of completing the course in your own name
  2.2.2 link to, or bookmark any of the materials in the course.
3 Your Obligations
3.1 Unless LEOnline.net agrees in writing you must not:
  3.1.1 assign, sub-license or otherwise dispose of your rights under these terms
3.1.2 disclose the answers to questions or assignments contained within the course or make print outs or copies of answers available to third parties
3.1.3 modify any part of the course
3.1.4 use the course as the basis of a seminar or training program.
3.2 You must not disclose your course password to anyone else and you must take reasonable steps to ensure that no one else uses the materials or completes the answers in your name.
3.3 You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the course belong to and remain the sole property of LEOnline.net, or are licensed to LEOnline.net.
3.4 You are responsible for taking precautions to ensure that whichever Web page you select for viewing is free from viruses and other items of a destructive nature.
3.5 You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary hardware, software, email and Internet connectivity appropriate to the course.

You must not use the online discussions for the transmission of any material that is defamatory, offensive or of an abusive, obscene or menacing nature, or to send any message that might cause annoyance or that might otherwise be unlawful. LEOnline.net reserves the right to remove any material it believes violates these terms and conditions.

4 Refunds and cancellations
4.1 LEOnline.net will not accept cancellation of a course or the purchase of course material where the course has been made available to you.
  4.1.1 If you have enrolled in a LEO hosted course, you may cancel prior to the course material made available on the Internet.
4.1.2 If you purchased course material for download, that material will be made immediately available so no refund will be given.
4.2 To cancel the contract for a LEO hosted course, contact us link stating the full course title and giving the reason as 'Contract Cancellation'.
4.3 Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the course.
4.4 Refunds will not be given for any other reason. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5 Our Obligations and Disclaimer
5.1 LEOnline.net warrants that it will not infringe any third party rights by supplying the course on these terms and conditions.
5.2 LEOnline.net gives you no other warranty or assurance. In particular:
  5.2.1 information may not always be fully accurate or up to date
5.2.2 LEOnline.net reserves the right to change or withdraw any part of the course at any time
5.2.3 the web site or course may not be compatible with your browser or computer configuration
5.2.4 all implied warranties and conditions are excluded, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5.3 This web site contains links to other (external) web sites. It should be understood that these sites are not under the control of LEOnline.net. Therefore, LEOnline.net makes no representations, whatsoever, about any other web site to which you may have access to through this web site
6 Liability
6.1 LEOnline.net's liability and the liability of its agents, employees and sub-contractors to you or any other party for any losses or damages whatsoever arising in connection with the course (whether under this license or other contract or in consequence of LEOnline.net's misrepresentation, misstatement or tort ious act or omission including negligence) is limited to damages of an amount equal to the fee referred to in clause 1.2 above.
6.2 Clause 8.1 above does not affect claims in respect of death or personal injury caused by negligence.
6.3 You are responsible for ensuring that the course is suitable for your requirements. LEOnline.net accepts no liability in the event that the content of the course does not meet your requirements.
6.4 Should access to the course be disrupted for any period of time, for any reason attributable to LEOnline.net, its liability shall be limited to extending access to the course for the same duration.
7 Termination
7.1 LEOnline.net will terminate this license at the end of the period for which you are registered on the program, which will vary depending upon which course you have selected. The detail is given in the individual course description.
8 Amendments
8.1 LEOnline.net reserves the right to make reasonable amendments to these terms and conditions and the course from time to time. This will include, but is not restricted to, changes which are necessary to comply with any changes in statute, regulations, recommendation or instructions issued by a relevant body which in our reasonable opinion will make the course more effective.
9 Force Majeure
9.1 LEOnline.net shall not be liable for any breach of any obligation under this agreement resulting from causes beyond LEOnline.net's reasonable control including but not limited to fires, power cuts, strikes (of its own or other employees) insurrection and or riots.
10 Governing Law
10.1 LEOnline.net's license is governed by UK law and UK courts and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the US courts.
