Audience:
This course is designed for managers and others wishing to combine Sametime and Quickr to manage team activities. It assumes that the participants are familiar with the software basics. It is recommended that student licenses be purchased for both the Using IBM Lotus Quickr 8/8.1 and the Using IBM Lotus Sametime 8 self-paced tutorials to ensure complete familiarity with the features and to use along with the written materials (references to these tutorials are made throughout the guides).
